Cabinet

• Finger jointed solid pine
• Strong, durable

• Hand Varnished Airplane luggage stripped Linen ( the exact material used for the original tweeds) for a natural vintage looking and feel, durable, washable

Chassis

• High Grade Stainless steel, less magnetic interferences (LESS HUM, LESS NOISE) and rust proof
• High grade Stainless Steel screws
• High grade Stainless Steel aircraft locking nuts for less vibration
• Industrial quality glass filled tube sockets, no rattling noise like NOS style counterparts. Tubes can be inserted and removed thousand of times
• All grounds are done with 18 gauge stranded wire, translating in LESS HUM, LESS NOISE

Resistors  

• High quality Carbon composition, important ones are usually NOS Allen Bradley or Riken Ohm (Made in Japan) high precision, gold plated copper leads.
• Each resistor individually measured before wiring to insure exacting tolerances

Capacitors  

• High quality Copper Foil or Solen Fast (made in France) coupling & decoupling caps

• All caps are formed slowly with a variac for stability and less noise

Testing 

• Every component (resistor, capacitor, pots, etc.) is tested before installation
• Every soldered connection is tested
• Voltage checkpoints are verified throughout the circuit
• I test every amplifier for a substantial amount of time (sometimes it's hard to stop playing ...) and listen for potential rattling, vibrations sweeping frequencies with an audio signal generator.

Speakers

• Celestion, Eminence, Weber, JBL and other speakers are available upon request.

Tubes

    Vintage tubes, NOS tubes fully tested and selected according to the player's style (blues, rock, country etc.), most are USA made (RCA, GE, Tung-Sol, Sylvania) apart from Mullard ( UK) and Telefunken ( Germany)
